Dr. Dallas will do a complete and thorough examination.
Any required X-rays will be taken.
He will review all your findings with you.
He will then design a treatment plan to get you well!
All fees will be discussed before any care is given.
We will never surprise you with a bill.
pAYING FOR YOUR CARE
Auto Accident injuries are covered 100%.
Work Comp injuries are covered 100% for 12 weeks.
Medicare does not pay for exams and x-rays so the first visit will be $85. Medicare then covers 80% for up to 12 weeks.
Regular health insurance – We are in-network with most insurances. Usually insurance will cover the first visit. We will be happy to check out your insurance coverage after this first visit.
No insurance? Great, the first visit fee is $20 donation to a local charity then we will create an affordable plan to get you feeling great again!
